one year - four seasons - twenty weeks
The Great Alaska Project will take part in four seasonal phases. Beginning in the Fall of 2026 and concluding over the summer of 2027.
This seasonal approach is designed to allow familiarity with the land and the people. It gives the time to earn trust especially within the Indigenous and fishing communities whose lives and livelihoods will be affected by a warming climate.
